Social Innovation Challenge 2019
It Is Enough. For Everyone.
In response to our Call for Innovators more than 900 individuals from across the globe submitted their ideas to solve Hunger and Social Injustice.After careful review, 35 innovators and pioneers will be invited to A Design Workshop in New Delhi from 29th April to 3rd May, 2019. During the workshop, innovators will not only get the chance to get to know each other better but they will also work further on their ideas or create new promising solutions to solve hunger and social injustice. By the end of day four, 10 ideas will be identified as semifinalists. The teams will then pitch these exciting ideas to the panelists and audience on Friday, 3rd May, from 10:40 AM - 1:10 PM IST.
Each team will have minutes to present their idea. Audience members will get the opportunity to vote for their favorite pitches in real-time. In addition, a panel of judges made up of experts working in Civil Society will announce winning ideas and hand over the award to the teams along with a small stipend for the initial three months.
