Our upcoming training on Resource Mobilization and Fundraising is designed to equip you with the essential strategies to not only mobilize resources effectively but also to ensure sustained growth and maximized impact. This isn’t just about fundraising; it’s about fostering relations, leveraging your organization’s strengths, and creating synergies that propel you toward your goals.

 

The training will be facilitated by Trang Nguyen and Joachim Schwarz, who along with other colleagues have led the Civil Society Academy for the last decade and has worked in civil society for nearly three decades.

How do we LEARN TOGETHER

  • You will learn and exchange with a group of minded civil society actors from around the world. 

  • You will participate in online games, debates and discussions in break-out rooms, fun exercises, self and group reflections and a plethora of other interactive online exercises and tools to internalize your learnings and habits. 

  • There will be deep dives into critical aspects of resource mobilization, such donor mapping and engagement, storytelling, digital fundraising tools, and innovative fundraising canvas

  • In our training you will have the opportunity to connect with both your peers and our facilitator for an immersive experience that will allow you to focus on building the essential skills you need to thrive as a leader and manager.

This course is designed for resource mobilizers, fundraiser’s, project or program managers, and everyone working for civil society organizations with an interest in resource mobilization and fundraising.

This Impact Training includes

Rishi Meena

Rishi is Sr. Facilitator for training and Innovation for CSA India. His aim is to contribute and learn constantly to bring changes in people’s lives and he believes future-ready individuals can only build a sustainable future for all. He is working in the development sector since 2011 and has valuable experience in leading agile teams, innovations, collaborations, and partnerships. Rishi has thematic exposure to institution-building for livelihoods and allied activities, health, and nutrition. As a facilitator at CSA, he is facilitating the scaling up processes, and courses on facilitation, Digital tools, design thinking, leadership, and fundraising. Rishi has done B. Tech in Biotechnology from MNNIT Allahabad and pursuing an Executive MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies.

TRANG NGUYEN

Trang holds a degree in Social Sciences and has worked in different governmental as well as non-governmental organisations in Germany, Vietnam, and India. She joined CSA in 2015, where she initially overlooked marketing communication, and gradually moved over to facilitation, mentoring, and coaching. Her thematic focuses are innovation and social entrepreneurship, resource mobilization, and marketing communication. Trang is a creative and forward-thinking person who loves to learn, share, and connect with like-minded people. Since 2020, she is also a professionally trained Life and Leadership Coach
