How do we LEARN TOGETHER

  • Concept Overview: Structured presentations will introduce key concepts, techniques, and best practices in facilitation. These presentations will serve as the foundation, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the topic.

  • Hands-On Application: Participants will engage in hands-on, guided practice sessions where they can apply facilitation techniques in real-time. Facilitators will provide step-by-step guidance to ensure that participants gain practical experience and build confidence.

  • Collaborative Discussions (One-on-One/Subgroup): Interactive discussions will be integrated throughout the training to encourage reflection, exchange of ideas, and the sharing of diverse perspectives. This will help participants deepen their understanding of facilitation through peer-to-peer learning.

  • Live Demonstrations: Customized demonstrations will be conducted in small groups allowing participants to observe facilitation techniques in action. This personalized approach will provide focused feedback and tailored instruction to improve individual skills.

This training is open to individuals across the NGO sector who have limited experience in utilizing digital tools for collaboration and facilitation. The course is designed for professionals who seek to enhance your  skills in virtual teamwork, online project management, and digital facilitation methods.

This Impact Training includes

12 hours of training, split into four days into eight sessions | All training material | Impact Training Certificate. Daily from 2:00 PM until 5:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).

Rishi is a strategic and development professional with over 13 years of experience, specializing in rural transformation, health, and nutrition. He is experienced in building and leading agile teams, innovations, collaborations and partnerships across organisations. In his previous roles he worked in the strategy and program management unit at TRI, Scaling Coordinator and Welthungerhilfe and Executive at Pradan. He excels in facilitating smooth project management, managing top grants, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing organizational positioning through stakeholder engagement. At CSA his capabilities extend to leveraging design thinking, digital transformation, and social innovation to deliver impactful learning products and programs for diverse audiences. Rishi is a management graduate from FMS Delhi and B tech from MNNIT Allahabad.
