The Art of Leadership: Broaden your horizons

The Art of Leadership is a social process that includes the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others. It includes the ability to solve problems, be innovative, and above all be able to guide a group of people into achieving goals.

The Training Course:

Whether you are the leader of an organization, a department or team, or just yourself, having the skills to motivate, inspire, and move people to action is essential.

While using tools provided in this course, you will explore what motivates others, assess your leadership style, and examine communication within your team. With the completion of an action plan at the end of each module, you will be able to apply what you have learned to your own organization.

This course is divided into three different compulsory modules. They mark different phases of the learning process, which starts with self-reflection and at the end enables you to strengthen your team by building trust and respect.

Module 1: 16 - 19 March 2021

Module 2: 27 - 30 April 2021

Module 3: 06 - 09 July 2021

For whom: 

The course is designed for everyone working in civil society organizations who wants to learn the foundations of leadership and team management and build critical skills. We welcome participants from all levels of organizations and from diverse departments, which create a rich mix of experience and perspectives.
